The problem

Real-estate transactions run on a chain of time-sensitive deadlines, and a single missed milestone can jeopardize the whole deal. Agents were tracking these by hand across spreadsheets and calendars, and clients had no clear view of where their transaction actually stood.

The solution

I built a deadline-management platform where agents set up each deal's milestones and the system automatically emails reminders at 7, 3, 1, and same-day intervals. Clients get a secure portal (email-OTP access) to follow their timeline, with downloadable calendar files and pre-built templates for common transaction types.

The result

Deadlines that used to live in an agent's head are now tracked automatically with layered reminders, and clients stay informed through their own portal — sharply reducing the chance that a forgotten milestone derails a closing.
